before you buy.
Are prices net or gross?
All prices shown are net. VAT is added at checkout and depends on your country — 19 % in Germany. Business customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID pay no VAT under the reverse charge mechanism.
How does the trial work?
Professional and Business come with a 14-day free trial including up to 5 hours of real-time usage. You get a reminder seven days before it ends. If you don't cancel before then, the plan converts into a paid subscription.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of the current billing period, yearly plans at the end of the year. You do both yourself in your account, without contacting us.
What counts as real-time usage?
The hours cover how long Echory can actively run alongside your conversations each month. Preparation, follow-up and access to your content don't count towards it.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time — up or down. When you switch mid-period, Stripe prorates the difference, so you only pay for what you actually used.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card and SEPA direct debit. Every payment comes with an invoice showing VAT and your VAT ID.
Why does Business start at three users?
Business is built for teams — a shared knowledge base, shared playbooks, insights across several people. For individual use, Professional is the right plan.
When do I need Enterprise?
When you need more than 30 users, your own integrations such as SAP or Oracle, or specific contractual terms. Enterprise isn't bought online — we set it up together with you.
What happens to my conversation data?
Echory runs on EU-based infrastructure and is GDPR-native. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, your environment is separated from every other customer, and we never use your data to train our models. Details in our Trust Center.
