Your Data Trains No Third-Party Models
Our AI providers never use your data to train their models. From Professional upwards, echory does not use your data for its own model training either. On Basic, only anonymised and aggregated data feeds into improving echory.

before you buy.
Are prices net or gross?
All prices shown are net. VAT is added at checkout and depends on your country: 19 % in Germany. Business customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID pay no VAT under the reverse charge mechanism.
How does the trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, with the scope of the plan you choose, Basic included. After that, the plan you chose applies. You get a reminder seven days before the trial ends. If you don't cancel before then, it converts into that plan. What each plan includes is shown in the plan overview.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of the current billing period, yearly plans at the end of the year. You do both yourself in your account, without contacting us.
What counts as real-time usage?
The hours cover how long echory can actively run alongside your conversations each month. Preparation, follow-up and access to your content don't count towards it. The hours in each plan are shown in the plan overview.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time: up or down. When you switch mid-period, Stripe prorates the difference, so you only pay for what you actually used.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card and SEPA direct debit. Every payment comes with an invoice showing VAT and your VAT ID.
Why does Business start at three users?
Business is built for teams: a shared knowledge base, shared playbooks, insights across several people. For individual use, Professional is the right plan.
When do I need Enterprise?
When you need more than 30 users, your own integrations such as SAP or Oracle, or specific contractual terms. Enterprise isn't bought online: we set it up together with you.
What happens to my conversation data?
echory is hosted in the EU · Frankfurt. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, your environment is separated from every other customer, and our AI providers never train models on your data. From Professional upwards the same applies to echory itself; on Basic, echory uses only anonymised and aggregated data. Details in our Trust Center.
